  At this point I'd give zero if possible. Went in on 2/10 to file an amended return for 2014. Lorraine couldn't figure out how to do it so I agreed to go back on 2/12 and pick it up. I get there on 2/12 and Lorraine isn't working but my paperwork is there. I signed where needed and mailed the return. On 3/25 I receive a letter from the IRS stating I am missing documents and they cannot process my return. I call and speak to the receptionist, who gets my return to the office manager to be fixed. Later that night I receive a phone call from him, stating he 'fixed' my return and can mail it for me. Today, 4/27, I receive a letter from the IRS again, stating they cannot process my return again because he mailed a photocopy of my signature. Almost three months after my initial appointment and it's still incorrect. The office is of course closed and I can't get in until at least next week according to HR Blocks 800 number.
